State Supreme Courts are beginning to rule AGAINST Unconstitutional, Ineffective laws that are based on erroneous information to begin with.

Finally cases are climbing the Judicial ladder and words like "Retroactive" "Impairment of Contracts" "Double Jeopardy" and the all important "Ex Post Facto" are being taken seriously as registered sex offender laws become more and more extreme and study after study finds no civil protective value in them.  They are finally being seen as the PUNISHMENT that they are. 

The vast majority of these laws are based on a totally false premise...high recidivism rate.
